Latina Powerhouses Celebrates International Women’s Day at XIMMA in Partnership with Miami International Mall and IHWC.

The Latina Powerhouses: Voices of Influence & Impact event, held at XIMMA Showroom inside Miami International Mall in celebration of International Women’s Day, was a truly inspiring afternoon dedicated to recognizing the leadership, vision, and impact of Latina women who are making their mark in business, media, fashion, and the community. The gathering brought together a diverse audience eager to engage in authentic conversations around professional growth, purpose, and female leadership, creating a space for learning, connection, and empowerment.

The event was masterfully hosted by Diana Pedroni, owner of XIMMA, who served as the Master of Ceremonies, bringing her vision and leadership to life while guiding the conversation with elegance and purpose.

It was an honor to host an extraordinary panel of women leaders including Nitzia Chama, Denise del Pino, Daisy Ballmajo, Adriana Cataño, Itza Castillo, Alicia Faccio, Marilyn Del Orbe Silva, Alina Garcia, and Johana Fernández, who generously shared their journeys, experiences, and valuable insights on building purpose-driven careers.
