Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00.
If you're in Miami and would like to do an in store pickup at our store, please use code XIMMACODE at checkout to get free shipping.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 11AM to 6PM, excluding weekends and holidays. If you need your order shipped out same day, your order must be placed by 2PM EST time. All in stock orders are shipped within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail (3-4 business days) with a tracking number included. If you ordered a back ordered, custom or pre-order item, please allow more time for your item to ship. The item description will have the shipping time frame. Any questions? We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information when you receive your order confirmation email. You can make changes to your information or order - only - if the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. If a package is shipped with the incorrect shipping information, we must wait for the package to be returned to us - and then you must repurchase a new shipping label.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. Please refer to that email for tracking information.
At the moment, we do not ship to international destinations, only to the 50 states. But we will definitely let you know when we do ship internationally! We do not ship to PO Boxes.

INSTORE PICKUP
If you’re in Miami and want free shipping, no problem! Use code XIMMAPICKUP at checkout to deduct shipping costs. Pick up orders will be ready by the next business day 3PM. If you have a special request or need the items sooner, please email info@ximmaboutique.com.
